The Advertisement strategy has worked brilliantly and their one to one service (121) is providing them the much needed edge in the market.
The insight given to the agency was

Designed by Ogilvy India the campaign became the talk of the town as soon as the TVC of hit the TV Screen. The TVC shows a bunch of women instructing their tailor on how they require their respective dresses to be stitched. All of them have unique demands peculiar to their requirements.
An incredible use of Outdoor was noticed recently in the Great India Place mall at Noida New Delhi. The elevator on the 2nd floor shows a painted boy in the first step with each step depicting a new hair style.
